The Teaching Programme follows the Gauteng Education Department and UNISA’s Early Childhood Development curriculum in terms of developmental milestones which need to be achieved.

Literacy and Numeracy are promoted, concentrating on the three “R’s” – Reading, WRiting and ARithmetic – to ensure that pupils are well prepared and ready for the Foundation Phase in the primary schools.

Pupils are introduced to Technology as required by primary schools.

Weekly visits to the Library to promote Literacy

Academic excellence.

Small classes, with a maximum of 15 children, to ensure the individual needs and developmental milestones of each pupil are met and effectively monitored.

Continuous formal and informal assessment of pupils via parent-teacher meetings and formal written reports.

A fun-filled environment with the policy “Let them be kids!” where all learning takes places through the medium of play.
